Wheeee....got my reel online. Check it out. I'm so freakin tired. That overnight killed me...and I've got another coming up tomorrow. Goody. At least I won't be on duty this time - it's nice to be able to leave whenever you feel like it, instead of having to stick around all night regardless of weather or not you want to. :P Because things get kinda busy towards the end of the semester, all the various post production areas stay open overnight for two weeks. Students who are editing and such get one of two slots. We TAs, however, work the entire night, from 11PM to 8AM. Guess who's gonna be tired tomorrow? ;P All that aside...this has been a GREAT day. Brian came over in the morning, then I went to class, then dropped my portfolio off at Sheep in the Big City, then we went to the post office and Pearl Paint, then home for a nice, long nap. Eventually we woke up, watched most of Princess Mononoke, and then had Japanese food for dinner. *g* Oh, and Brian bought me a Mr. Softee cone. With NUTS. I love nuts ^_^ I love days like this. Yeah, so I had to cancel my shoot because Mark was sick...so I'll figure something out. What's important is that I'm happy, if a little sleepy, and I'm that much more prepared to tackle the harrowing weeks to come. now...if I can just stay awake until tomorrow morning.. For your entertainment, I'm going to quote the opening lines of my cover letter to Sheep in the Big City. Desperate? Noooooooooo... "To whomever it might concern: I don’t really know how frank I’m supposed to be in a cover letter, but here it goes -- this is where I want to work this summer.
